Mental or physical stress and the frequent lack of sleep contribute to the fact that people are starting to feel tired and exhausted. In such cases start with self-observation. Other important causes of fatigue are anemia caused by low blood iron (iron is very important because it helps the red blood cells supply oxygen and without it you will always feel tired), side effects of medications and the irregular work of liver. If the cause of fatigue is anemia, include in your diet foods and juices, rich in iron, such as grapes, pomegranate juice, beetroot and carrot juice.

 

The performance of Surya Bheda Pranayama also helps combat fatigue. Sit in a comfortable position. Pull the spine from the coccyx to the cervical spine upward and lift the torso up. Close your eyes and take a look inside. Gently press the right nostril with the tip of the thumb (it should be half open). Do not remove the thumb from the nose. Close the left nostril with the ring finger and little finger, so that the air does not pass through it inside. Inhale slowly and fill the lungs to the top. After completion of inhalation, gently pressing with your thumb close the right nostril. Now both nostrils are closed. Wait one second. Now partially loosen the pressure on the left nostril and exhale through the left nostril. Exhalation should be slow and steady. This type of pranayama, stimulates the liver, soothes the mind and gives energy.

 

To eliminate physical fatigue and bodily weakness, take three times a day after meals 1 tablespoon of honey-fruits mixture. To prepare the drug, you need to wash one lemon, 200 g of aloe leaves, peel 200 grams of walnut kernels. Put the components into a blender, add 200 grams of honey, and mix the ingredients until you get smooth mixture.
