Natural weapons to fight smelly feet

Excessive sweating of the foot, especially if you are wearing shoes made of synthetic leather, with a lining of synthetic or rubber, and synthetic socks, many people during the winter have this big problem.
In the fight against unpleasant foot odor is most important to change shoes and if possible to use shoes made from natural materials. Lemon and soda

Sodium borate, or borax is a disinfectant that is often used to treat leg, because of its ability to kill bacteria that feed on sweat and thus eliminate the odor. Sprinkle the inside of the shoe powder sodium borate 15 to 20 minutes before you put them on. Do not wear shoes until the powder is in them, before putting them should clean the inside of shoes.

Lemon rosemary and sage

Teaspoon dried rosemary and half a teaspoon of dried sage put it in a bowl with hot water. Allow to cool a little and soak your feet twice a day for half an hour.

Black tea

Tannic acid in black tea helps in the eradication of bacteria and closes the pores, which leads to reduced sweating, thereby preventing smelly feet. Cook two bags of black tea in two to three glasses of water. Add this water into a basin filled with tap water. Soak your feet in this solution for 15 to 20 minutes, then dry them well.
