Tibetan recipe for cleaning vessels with garlic. Memory is improved, and headaches disappeared

Stroke is the cause of almost 70% of all deaths in the world. Seven out of ten people die because of blockage of the heart arteries or brain. In almost all cases, the cause of such a terrible end is one – increased cholesterol.

The facts are disappointing: the increase in cholesterol sooner or later leads to the deposition of atherosclerotic plaques on the walls of the vessels.


Over time, cholesterol plaques increase in size, and the flow of blood through the vessels is disrupted. Therefore, the question of how to clean the vessels of cholesterol is more acute than ever. Tincture of garlic for cleaning vessels is an excellent choice, since the main ingredient is generally available and, in addition, is an excellent immunomodulator.


Garlic is rich in vitamin C, vitamin B6 and manganese. But the main benefit of garlic for the human body is not vitamins and microelements, but a powerful natural antibiotic called allicin. It is interesting that allicin in 1944 was first isolated from an alcoholic extract of garlic.


The most important property of allicin is its ability to reverse the development of atherosclerotic plaques and thus to clear the lumen of blood vessels.

Tincture of garlic with alcohol



350 grams of garlic

0.5 liters of alcohol with a strength of 96 degrees


Finely chop the garlic.

Combine it with alcohol.

Let it for 10 days in a dark place.

After the end of 10 days, strain the infusion through a sieve. Leave the bottle of alcohol for another couple of days to stay.

On the first day you need to drink 1 drop in the morning, 2 drops – at lunch time, and 3 drops for the evening.

The second day begins with the morning intake of 3 drops, at lunch – 4 drops, dinner – 5 drops of tincture.

On the third day in the morning you should drink 5 drops, at lunch 6, and 7 drops for the evening.

The fourth day of treatment begins with seven drops of tincture, eight for lunch, and nine drops for dinner.

The fifth day should begin with 10 drops, 11 drops of tincture to drink at lunch, and 12 drops for the evening.

The sixth day of treatment involves taking 15 drops – in the morning, 14 at lunch and 13 in the evening…

On the eleventh day start to dilute the remedy with 50 milligrams of milk (about a tablespoon), three times a day, each time counting exactly 25 drops until the entire remedy is over.


Repeated treatment is recommended to be carried out after five years. You can not take this medicine for people with high acidity of gastric juice, with gastritis and stomach ulcers.


Of course, if as a result of taking garlic tinctures you will feel an exacerbation of any chronic diseases or discomfort, the course of treatment should be stopped and consult a doctor.
